Otterstorp is beautifully situated close to a small lake with waterlilies.
Follow the gardenpath 150 mtr down to the lake, were you'll find a bathing jetty.
At the lake there is a sandy beach and bathing area for the children.
The cottage with its generous terrace and garden furniture is surrounded by a large garden and backed by woods. The cozy outdoor barbecueplace is located behind the cottage and in the garden the children will find their swing, slide and sandpit.
Otterstorp can be rented troughout the year and can accommodate 6 people.
This fully equipped cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The spacious new kitchen is equipped with a small dining area, a sideboard with double sink, ceramic plate with hot air oven, hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, crockery and cutlery for 6 persons. Also present: a freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and an iron with board and everything else you'll need. The cottage is equipped with electric heaters and a fireplace with a wood insert stove.

The cozy living room is furnished including fitted with a two-and three-seater sofa, an armchair, a large dining table, a fireplace, radio / CD player and a color TV with DVD player. A high chair is available and on request we can ensure that a playpen is present. On the ground floor you'll find a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The upper floor is equipped with an additional toilet with sink.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds which can also can be placed together.The upper floor is divided into 2 rooms with a total of 4 single beds and 2 extra sleeping alcoves and a cot bed.

In the early spring and autumn in Sweden you can watch thousands of cranes near the bird lake Hornborgasjö. You can also visit the open-air museum; Åsle Tå or dive into the stone-age and paddle in a hollow tree trunk in Ekehagens Förntidsby located in Åsarp. Or maybe you want to ride an iceland pony, make a canoe trip on the river Tidan, play golf in Mullsjö or Falköping, parasail of the Åleberg, or fish in one of the 20 beautiful small lakes of the nature park Hökensås. Visit with the children the large water park Skara Sommer Land and the ancient burial mounds in Dimbo. Slightly further away but incredibly fun for the children, a day to Pippi Longstocking in Vimmerby. A ride on the steam-train from Skara to Lundsbrunn or a visit to a church from the 11th century. A boat crossing to the island Visingsö in Lake Vättern. A visit to the town Hjo with its wooden houses and lovely view, eating "noon" dinner with the whole family. Visit Castle Läckö Slott in Lidköping followed by a cruise along the many small rocky islets in the Vänern, ended with an fantastic fish buffet at Spiken. Oh yes, in the winter you can ski in this area with a choice of 3 different slopes and there are many possibilities for cross-country skiing.
